- They agreed to: not make war, negotiate the refugee problem, Israel could use the Suez Canal, Israel would get their supply of oil from Egypt
- The Egyptians got expelled from OPEC because the other countries were angry
- Sadat and Begin both got assassinated by someone from their own countries because they were unhappy that they had agreed to the accord
