Summary
After Nasser expelled the UN peacekeepers from the canal, they closed the straits once more to the Israeli's and put mass troops on the border. Because of Israel superior intelligence agency they knew of the attack that was being planned and followed through with their first strike policy. It was a completely one sided fight because the Israeli's destroyed the Egyptian airforce and the Israeli's were planning on going in and taking over cairo. The U.S had to stop them because they didn't want the Arabs to get angry.
